Welcome to our group training programs, offered in our private training studio in downtown Evanston.

We redefine what it means to be strong, focusing on what your body can do instead of what it looks like.

  • Designed for weightlifters at all levels to learn or refine technique.

  • The program runs on 12-week cycles that progressively overload

  • You receive individualized workouts based on injury history, preferences, and goals.

  • Fully body workouts that alternate between barbell bench press, barbell squat barbell deadlift, and overhead press, with additional accessory movement.

  • Other barbell exercises or general strength training movements are included for fun, variety, and assistance.

  • Participants will receive access to an online coaching app with a community hub and access to personal workout logs to track progress.

  • Designed for beginners aged 12-18 to learn the fundamentals of fitness.

  • Classes rotate between barbell movements and conditioning.

  • Each session builds confidence while having fun. Icebreakers or games are incorporated into each workout.

  • Classes run for 8-week cycles, with enrolled participants receiving priority access to subsequent cycles.

  • Conveniently located in downtown Evanston in a private, inclusive training studio.

  • Kids of all backgrounds, interests, and identities encouraged to attend
