Powerbuilding combines the powerlifts with bodybuilding.
The powerlifts are the barbell squat, barbell bench press, and barbell deadlift.
Combine those with your favorite movements for the back, shoulders, and arms.
You get a full-body workout that makes you stronger, fitter, and more athletic.
